- Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM and departure is between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Reception is not staffed around the clock, so let the property know your expected arrival time in advance, especially for late-evening arrivals.

- At least one guest in the booking must be 18 or older to check in.
- Children
- Children of all ages are welcome. Under the property's booking policy, children aged 6 and above are charged as adults. Cribs and extra beds are not available.

- Pets are not allowed at the property.

- Parties and events are not allowed on the property.
- Quiet hours
- Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Parking
- Free private parking is available on site. The property states that no advance reservation is needed for a space.
- Cancellation and payment
- Cancellation and prepayment conditions differ by room category and rate, so the terms that apply are shown while you book. Accepted payment methods and any deposit requirement are confirmed during the reservation process.
Transport and getting around
Can the pousada pick me up from the airport?
Shuttle service, including airport transport, is available for an additional charge. Maceió / Zumbi dos Palmares International Airport is 97 km away, so arrange the transfer by phone or email before you fly and confirm the current price.
How far is the beach on foot?
Praia de Porto da Rua is 450 m from the property, a short walk. Toque Beach is 1.1 km north and is the busier of the two for beach bars.
Where can I eat near the pousada?
Peniel Restaurante and Ottimo Sorveteria are both about 200 m away, with Lanchonete e Sorveteria Mana do Céu at roughly 250 m, all within a few minutes' walk.
Can I visit the manatee project?
Associação Peixe-Boi is based at Tatuamunha, 4.2 km from the pousada. It is an independent organisation, so visits are arranged directly with the association rather than through the property.
Rooms and bedding
How are the beds arranged in each room type?
The Double Room and the Deluxe Bungalow each have one full bed. The Triple Room has one twin bed plus one full bed, so a third guest sleeps separately. The Quadruple Room has two twin beds plus one full bed.
Are cribs or extra beds available?
No. Cribs and extra beds are not offered, so the number of people a room sleeps is limited to the beds it already has. Choose the Triple or Quadruple Room if you need more than two places.
What is in the rooms?
Air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, a flat-screen television, a minibar, linens, a clothes rack and a socket beside the bed. Housekeeping is daily and room service is available.
Do all rooms have a balcony or garden view?
Not all of them. Depending on the room, accommodation may include a balcony, a patio, a seating area, or an outlook over the garden or inner courtyard. If one of those matters to you, confirm it with the property before you arrive rather than assuming it comes with the category.
Breakfast, pool and facilities
Is breakfast included, and what is served?
Breakfast is complimentary for all guests, served daily buffet-style: tropical fruit, tapiocas prepared the northeastern way, juices, regional breads and coffee.
Do I need to bring towels for the pool or beach?
No. Pool and beach towels are provided, and beach umbrellas are available for the walk down to Porto da Rua, where there is little natural shade at midday.
Is there Wi-Fi in the rooms?
Free Wi-Fi is listed for the public areas of the property, not as an in-room service. Plan on connecting around the common areas, terrace and pool.
Is a massage available?
Massage is offered for an additional charge. Ask at the property to arrange a time during your stay.
How secure is the property overnight?
Security on the property is listed as 24-hour, and quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
